North side Property Management Company has immediate opening for a temporary, full-time Maintenance Technician/Painter.

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance. Painting, including drywall installation and repair as needed is a plus. Must be available to report to work for out of the ordinary emergencies that may occur outside of regular work hours.

Qualities we are seeking: Extensive experience as an HVAC and Electrical maintenance person, positive attitude, punctual, clean, effective communication, strong follow-up, problem solving, organizatioanl skills, be trusted to work independently and get the work done right and in a timely manner as well as work cooperatively with team members.

Requirements: Must have vehicle to get to work locations in an efficient and timely fashion and have a cellular phone to communicate with maintenance supervisor and management office.
