Awards

Apartment buildings under Chicago Apartment Place, Inc.'s management have received the Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, the Great American Homes Award, a commendation from the Chicago City Council and an award from The National Trust for Historic Preservations as a result of restoration and renovation work. According to the Chicago Association of Realtors:

"The Good Neighbor Award recognizes the exceptional efforts of individual property owners, developers, community and civic organizations whose contributions have significantly improved our neighborhoods throughout Chicago land. Initially, the award was given to property owners whose property rehabs helped bring a positive impact to the surrounding neighborhood. Today, the award goes much farther - it recognizes those whose efforts go "above and beyond" their peers, conquering challenges, blazing trails and bringing innovative ideas to the marketplace."
